California Dreaming. Home Owning in California didn’t seem achievable these past few years but I’m thankful it’s another goal checked off, on my list of things to attain with the help of Karen. I’ve heard great things about Karen Carrillo but I still had my reservations about whether she’d see me for me and not just another sale. When I think about the word Realtor I think of: Honest, Reliable, Trustworthy, Good listener, Patient, and considerate to my needs of what I desire as a prospective buyer. Karen was all of those things and more. When I got a little doubtful on finding the right place for my family and I, she reassured me that finding the right place , can take time and something will eventually be the right fit. After viewing several homes, I walked into my future home and instantly knew this was Home Sweet Home. I toured the home just before noon on a Sunday, sent my offer along with my letter to the seller on why her home would be a great fit for my family , on a Monday and by noon Tuesday, I was getting the best news that my offer was accepted. As a first time Home buyer, this was all new and unknown territory but Karen was right by my side along the way and breaking everything down to me thoroughly in a way that I could understand. If she said she was going to do something, she did it always in a timely fashion and I was getting my questions answered.
